Loving the Sun, Moon and Stars

And this is why I LOVE the sun, moon and stars SO much!

Genesis 1:16
16 And God made the two great light-bearers, the greater light-bearer to rule the day and the lesser light-bearer to rule the night, and the stars.

FN2 The sun, signifying Christ. The overcoming saints were also likened to the sun by the Lord Jesus.

FN3 The moon. In Joseph's dream his father is likened to the sun, his mother, to the moon, and his brothers, to the stars. The moon can be considered a figure of the church, the wife of Christ. The moon has no light of its own but shines in the night reflecting the light of the sun. Likewise, the church shines in the dark night of the church age by reflecting the divine light of Christ.

FN4 The stars first signify Christ. Although Christ is the real sun, He does not appear as the sun during the present age of night. Rather, He shines as the bright morning star. The stars also signify the overcoming saint. The light from the stars is needed particularly when the moon wanes; likewise, the shining of the overcoming saints as the heavenly stars is needed particularly in the time of the church's degradation.

Simply Trusting everyday

I've been listening to this song all day, and it's getting me through my struggles with my life right now. Missing my family... Wanting one of my own... Just going through SO much right now. So this song is REALLY helping me :). Enjoy!

Simply trusting every day;
Trusting through a stormy way;
Even when my faith is small,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by,
Trusting Him, whate'er befall,
  Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Brightly doth His Spirit shine
Into this poor heart of mine;
While He leads I cannot fall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Singing if my way be clear,
Praying if the path be drear;
If in danger, for Him call,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting Him while life shall last,
Trusting Him till earth is past,
Till His gracious advent call,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.

Song for my day "Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus"

Through everything that I have been going through lately, good or bad. Possitive or negative. The Lord has been with me through it all! I have been really enjoying these words today, singing it over and over again, to the Lord! Enjoy!

Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  Thou hast won each love from me;
Who like Thee—so fair and comely?
  Who like Thee—so sweet and lovely?
Matchless One, unrivaled beauty,
  None can e'er compete with Thee!
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  Gladly will I hear Thy call;
Since Thy voice my heart hath entered,
  I from all things could but sever;
Void are all my other seekings,
  Every pride hath disappeared.
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  How can I still stubborn be?
At Thy feet cast all my hard'nings,
  And return with songs and singings;
'Tis my love to be Thy bondslave,
  'Tis my joy to Thee obey.
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  Thy way only will I choose;
Though in tears while I'm obeying,
  Yet I would not change my standing;
All I long for is Thy pleasure,
  And the peace Thy love would bring.
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  When Thy presence does depart,
Seems the dawn has lost its traces,
  Hidden are my smiling faces;
All I yearn for is Thy coming
  And Thy presence' sweet embrace.
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  Can I tell it all to Thee?
Thou my love and satisfaction,
  Thou my everlasting portion;
Thou art all that I desire,
  Nothing else I would pursue.
Dear Lord Jesus, precious Jesus,
  All I have I give to Thee;
Who like Thee—so fair and comely?
  Who like Thee—so sweet and lovely?
Matchless One, unrivaled beauty,
  None can e'er compete with Thee!

Just stop and think

A good friend sent this to me, and I thought I'd share it with you all.

I will always be one that stops and thinks, "Lord, Your creation and everything in it is amazing!" How could I not be one that believes into God and desires to know this One? He is One of the most amazing, completely unselfish people I've ever come to know. And will always aspire to be like Him, even though I will never be able to accomplish such a thing, I would at least like to aspire to be such a caring, loving, unselfish, perfect person. Lord, I love you! Lord, keep me in Your perfect flow. Lord, I just want to set my eyes only on You! For You are all that I desire on this earth. Lord, I want You and ONLY You! Praise the Lord He is our perfect Husband!

Just stop and think

Grace - The Church is God's work of art!

After being in a Ministry meeting on Christ as Grace, I feel very blessed!

1. Grace is Christ Himself as our enjoyment; grace is the resurrected Christ as the life-giving Spirit giving Himself freely to us, being everything to us, and doing everything in us, through us, and for us!
A. Grace is mulitiplied to us through our sufferings, limitations, and weaknesses; grace is Christ as our burden bearer; the more burdens we have, the more opportunites we have to experience Christ as grace. -2 Cor. 12:7-9-- Enjoy Christ as our burden barrier
V. A. Grace as the processed Triune God for our enjoyment becomes our inward motivation and outward expression in our intimate fellowship, with God and our consciousness of God; we all have to learn how to have grace, which is to take grace, possess grace, use grace, and apply grace.
B. The processed Triune God as grace received and enjoyed by us becomes visibly expressed for others to see in our holy living and church meetings.
VIII. God gives grace to the humble, but He resists the proud.
C. We must be willing to be made humble, lowly, under the mighty hand of God in His discipline and to throw our life with its care upon God, because He cares for us lovingly and faithfully.
X. C. The riches of God's grace, the riches of God Himself for our enjoyment, surpass every limit and will be publicly displayed for eternity.
Enjoyment: Grace is mentioned 8 times in the apostle of Peter. The first mention of Grace in the Bible is Gensis 6:8 "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." We should *Pray to the Lord, "Lord, I need Your grace every minute." We should come forth boldly to find grace! Grace is the very presence of God. We should conduct ourselves in the grace of God, in the enjoyment of Christ as Paul did. We should enjoy the Lord, and this enjoyment of the Lord will cause others to enjoy the Lord. This should be contagious in the church life. God has Graced us with Grace! We should pray 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 "7 And because of the 1transcendence of the revelations, in order that I might not be exceedingly alifted up, there was given to me a 2bthorn in the flesh, a messenger of cSatan, that he might 3buffet me, in order that I might not be exceedingly lifted up.
8 Concerning this I entreated the Lord athree times that it might depart from me.
9 And He has said to me, My 1agrace is sufficient for you, for My 2bpower is perfected in cweakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather boast in my weaknesses that the dpower of Christ might 3etabernacle over me." and enjoy Christ as our burden barrier. We should want to recieve the abundance of Grace according to Romans 5:17 "For if by the offense of the one death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the 1abundance of grace and of the gift of 2righteousness will 3reign in 4life through the One, Jesus Christ. " We have to enjoy the Lord, so that others may enjoy Him through us! When we speak, may it be not of ourselves, but from God. When we minister may it be God ministering through us. We need to be washed and cleansed from dwelling in this world. My favorite line of all "THE CHURCH IS GOD'S WORK OF ART"

The Lord is the ONLY thing I want fully and completely!

Loving You, Lord's all I'm living for;
Loving You, Lord, to the uttermost.
Lord, forgive me if I've left my first love,
That's the bridal love to You.
You are more than any one I love.
You are more than anything I have,
Even my dear self; nothing can compare
To my beloved Bridegroom.
I give You the first place in all things by faith.
Let nothing take Your place in all my heart.
Infuse me with Yourself abundantly
'Til we meet, dear Lord.
I'll love You with the best love.
You've the right to take all that I love,
But replace it with Yourself much more.
You are what I need, give Yourself to me,
Do not give all that I want.
Everything is sure to pass away,
Everyone is going their own way.
But I still have You and You have me too,
Loving one another's sweet.
I treasure my time alone with You,
Just to gain the best love You long for.
My dearest Jesus, draw me with Yourself
Into Your chambers right now.
Be the first in all my work and life,
Be the first in all my service too.
In relationships, You must be the first;
Have preeminence in me.

Looking back on 2011, something to think about!

Something to think about!....

Looking back at 2011

242 days of the week
Monday -Friday

123 Saturday & Sunday

365 days of the year

66 Lord's day's

Let's say you only go to "Church" on Sunday (Lord's day), and that is the only day you enjoy God or even give Him time in your life for. That is 299 days without God in your life!! Who wants to live 299 days without enjoyment of God as our Father? What a miserable life that would be!

Some people live for weekends. They spend all week wishing it was the weekend. Living day to day thinking "if it was only the weekend I'd be happy." Then the weekend comes, and flies by so fast. sometimes you can't even remember all you did during it. Yet you can remember what you did everyday that past week, because you were dwelling on "I wish it was the weekend." there are only 123 days that are Saturday and Sunday in a year (weekends), that is 242 days you are wishing it was the weekend. That is 242 days wasted away wishing you "had it better." When you could be enjoying life EVERY DAY to its fullest. If you lived everyday thanking God for a new day on earth you would/will live a much happier, more fulfilled life. Because you would have 365 days being happy and not dwelling on the fact that it's not "the weekend."

If you are unhappy at your job, find another one. If you are unhappy in life, find something that makes you happy. Maybe it will lead you to something else that makes you happy.

I have found that my life is a precious gift that the Lord Jesus has allowed me to live to this day. I have been through a lot in my life. I have almost died on several occasions. But for some reason God has protected and spared me through it all. I don't ask questions, though I often times wonder why. Why am I SO important, that I am still here?

My answer to this question is... I'm a vessel to contain God. God loves me. And He loves me to contain Him. The  Lord has spared me because He has a greater plan for me.

I have lived a miserable life... One always wishing it was the weekend. And I have lived a life only loving the Lord on Sunday's. I have found that its not enough. I have found that, when I live my day without God, it's miserable. I DON'T ever want to live a life without Christ in my daily life again. I have not been living my life without daily enjoyment for over a year now. And I can honestly say without a doubt in my mind. 2011 was  the best year of my life. I gained more of Christ in 2011 than I have in past years. I went through a lot of changes in the year 2011. I lost 5 very important people in my life, they passed away, most important my Grandmother Doris. I lost a brother and his family who unexpectedly "cut" my family off. And still to this day have not made it right. I was able to travel a good amount. I went to Cali twice, my parents live there right now. I Went to Minnesota 3 times. I have 7 uncles, 19 cousins (their wives and husbands), and their kids. And most important my sister Alissa and her family live there. She has a growing family of 6. Granted one of the times I went to MN was for my grandmother's funeral, it was still a happy/sad time. I got to be with my family, which made it much easier then it would have been. On the drive my brothers and I stopped in Indiana to visit old friends. And in Tennessee  to visit a great Family we know that lives there. I traveled to FL twice, once for a Christian conference. Jekyll Island, GA for a double friends wedding. Charlotte, NC for another friends wedding. And again to Tennessee for the weekend to visit my Sandlin friends, and other christian friends. The Lord blessed me with a lot of friends and family, and I thank Him daily for them. For without God, my friends and family. I wouldn't have any reason to be such a happy person, full of the Lord. The Lord is my full salvation. And He has saved me from a life full of un enjoyment and regrets. I live my daily life having no regrets. For I don't see any other better way to live my life than to live it daily enjoying my Lord. Therefore I spend all 365 days enjoying my life. Even with the roller coaster that my life has become, I still mange to keep myself happy. And the only way I am able to do this is by eating, drinking, and taking the Lord as my daily supply! Lord Jesus, I love You! As my first love for all eternity!

Life without my first love? NEVER!

I want answers...

To all my questions....

And I'm not getting any!...

Someday I'm going to look back on this time in my life and pat myself on the back for getting through all this without going insane. Oh wait! I'm already insane, I'm just living on the edge of insanity! Sometimes I wonder, what is wrong with people... All I can do daily to get through my trials and tribulations is read my Bible, pray to my Lord, call out for help from God.

What do all those people who dont have God do?

Life without God. Not a life I would EVER want to live!

He giveth more Grace when the burdens grow greater

He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater,
He sendeth more strength when the labors increase,
To added affliction He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace.
His love has no limit, His grace has no measure,
His power no boundary known unto men,
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus,
He giveth and giveth and giveth again.
When we have exhausted our store of endurance,
When our strength has failed ere the day is half-done,
When we reach the end of our hoarded resources,
Our Father's full giving is only begun.

Song of songs

"My Beloved responds and says to me,
Rise up, my love,
My beauty, and come away;
For now the winter is past;
The rain is over and gone.
Flowers appear on the earth;
The time of singing has come,
And the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.
The fig tree has ripened its figs,
And the vines are in blossom-- they give forth their fragrance.
Rise up, my love,
My beauty, and come away."

Song of songs 2:10-13

Lord, I love you more today.

So when I was a kid growing up... My parents always put on Toby Pfeiffer in the car to listen to. Or even when we were doing dishes as kids, my little sister Hannah and I would play him and sing along while washing dishes or doing all our other chores. So I have fond memories of listening to him when I was growin up. His singing and ability to explain the bible stories and verses was AWESOME and ground into my being from a very young age. I thank the Lord now for preserving me and filling me up with Himself so much throughout my life! I have always been a music lover, and Toby Pfeiffer is one of my most favorite singers in this huge world that we have found ourselves living in. Recently, while spending time with my sister Hannah for the first time in a year :( we had a blessed week together at my parents in Cali, right after new years. She was so kind and let me have copies of ALL the Toby Pfeiffer songs she has. Little did I remember there are around 4 albums of his! I am now happy to annouce I have everyone on my iPhone and can listen to him giving himself to our Lord daily! And now I can participate and sing along with Toby P. again :D! I've been listening to him all day at work, and I gotta say I'm having a GREAT day :)! So supplied! So... Here is one of the songs being enjoyed by me! Just the lyrics. Sorry. But you can read and enjoy :)

Lord, I love You more today,
than any other.
Lord, I love You more right now,
than ever before.
Lord, You are so dear.
 How could my heart desire,
anything that's less than You?
Lord, You are the One I must choose.
Lord, I love You!
Lord, I love You!

Lord, I need You more today,
than any other!
Lord, I need You more right now,
than ever before!
Lord, You are so near,
be everything to me;
I couldn't live a day without You!
I'm totally dependent on You!
Lord, I need You!
Lord, I need You!

Lord, I love You!
Lord, I love You!
I'll never let You go,
won't let You go.
Lord, I love You,
 I want You to know
Lord, I love You, so!
(repeat last line four times)

John 6:57 "as the living Father had sent Me and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me, he also shall live because of Me."

*God wants to be digested and assimilated by us so that He can become the constitution of our inward being and that we will be one with Him and the same as he is in life and nature (but not in the God-head).

1 John 5:11-12 "And this is the testimony, that God gave to us eternal life and his life is in His Son. He who had the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life."

Footnote 1: the testimony of God is not only that Jesus is His Son but also that He gives to us eternal life, which is in His Son. His Son is the means through which He gives us His eternal life, which is His goal for us!

My Prayer
"Thank You Lord for you're eternal goal. Thank You for Your eternal life that You have made readily avaliable for us to eat as the Tree of Life! You are so awesome! For Your eternal life is the most precious gift given to us. Your eternal love for us. Lord, cause me to run after you daily, moment by moment... Seeking after Your eternal life, eating Your tree of life! I love You Lord Jesus!"

O Jesus Christ, grow Thou in me

O Jesus Christ, grow Thou in me,
  And all things else recede;
My heart be daily nearer Thee,
  From sin be daily freed.
Each day let Thy supporting might
  My weakness still embrace;
My darkness vanish in Thy light,
    Thy life my death efface.
In Thy bright beams which on me fall,
  Fade every evil thought;
That I am nothing, Thou art all,
  I would be daily taught.
More of Thy glory let me see,
  Thou Holy, Wise, and True;
I would Thy living image be,
  In joy and sorrow too.
Fill me with gladness from above,
  Hold me by strength divine;
Lord, let the glow of Thy great love
  Through all my being shine.
Make this poor self grow less and less,
  Be Thou my life and aim;
Oh, make me daily through Thy grace
  More meet to bear Thy name.

I love the church life

Some, these days, would tell us that our Jesus is not food,
That we only need to know about Him and do good,
But we're glad to tell you brothers, it's just not that way—
Jesus is the bread of life; we eat Him every day.
We love the church life, eating,
drinking, breathing Jesus.
We love the church life, taking
in God's Word.
We love to hear those "O Lord,
Amen, Hallelujahs!"
We love the church life, feasting
with the Lord.
When He fills our inward parts, we're never quite the same,
So much richness we can taste by calling on His name.
"Services" but once a week for us will never do.
Every day we need the fellowship to take us through.
If these latter days and situations of the world
Make you feel that round a vicious circle you are swirled,
Then please listen closely to the things we have to say;
It may be that you will find with us a better way.

Life study of the Bible 1 Thessalonians

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 For they themselves report concerning us what kind of entrance we had toward you and how you turned to God from the idols to serve a living and true God. And await His Son from the heavens, whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath which is coming.

Serving the living God and waiting for the Son. This is the holy life for the church life, a life constructed of faith, hope and love. Faith is working, love is laboring, hope is enduring.

Hymn 841

Hymn 841

SUBJECT: THE CHURCH-HER BUILDING
METER: 6.5.6.5.D.
AUTHOR: Witness Lee
COMPOSER: Frances R. Havergal

1   Thou art all my life, Lord,
      In me Thou dost live;
    With Thee all God’s fulness
      Thou to me dost give.
    By Thy holy nature
      I am sanctified,
    By Thy resurrection,
      Vict’ry is supplied.
2   Now Thy flowing life, Lord,
      Doth enlighten me,
    Bringing in the spirit
      Fellowship with Thee;
    All my need supplying,
      Making Thy demand,
    Leading me to cleansing
      And in Thee to stand.
3   Thy anointing Spirit
      Me shall permeate,
    All my soul and spirit
      Thou wouldst saturate;
    Every part transforming
      Till conformed to Thee,
    Till Thy life shall bring me
      To maturity.
4   Lord, Thy life abundant,
      Flowing, rich and free,
    Constantly refreshes
      And empowers me.
    Death by life is swallowed,
      Weakness is made strong,
    All my bonds are broken,
      Gloom is turned to song.
5   I would give myself, Lord,
      Fully unto Thee,
    That Thy heart’s desire
      Be fulfilled in me.
    I no more would struggle
      To myself reform,
    Thus in me to hinder
      What Thou wouldst perform.
6   I would cease completely
      From my efforts vain,
    Let Thy life transform me,
      Full release to gain;
    Build me up with others
      Till in us Thou see
    Thy complete expression
      Glorifying Thee.

5 Reasons why I would never own a gun....

So today I went shooting with my Dad and sister Hannah in the dessert in Cali.

I personally have issues with guns. But I at least wanted to learn how to safely use a gun accurately from my Daddy, Who is a ex-Marine Sargent! He fought in the Vietnam war.

I decided today I will never personally own a gun. Reasons being:

1. They can kill a person (I almost got killed by one a couple years ago.)
2. They are extremely dangerous weapons (if you don't know what you're doing)
3. They Scare me to the core (NOT KIDDING)
4. I feel completely uncomfortable holding/shooting one.
5. They are a Man Made item.

I understand that some people feel the need to own a gun out of self defense... But let me ask you this...? Do you really want to have to live knowing you shot someone and that shot you fired ended their life? I could not handle it. I look at it this way. I'm not going to go hunting to kill animals.... I'm not going to kill a person... So I really DON'T need to own something that I really HATE/scared of so much.

Thank you Dad for showing me how to properly handle something I hope to NEVER have to use again!!

E. E. Cummings

"I thank You God for this most amazing day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything which is natural which is infinite which is yes"
